Improve your relationship with business associates by using executive gifts

Business associates are often as important as customers, perhaps even more so in some cases. Regardless, it is vital to form and maintain good relationships with associates such as council members, commercial leaders, banks, accountants, lawyers, and so forth. After all, these are often people you count on for advice, networking and other valuable professional courtesies. Maybe even more important than that, business associates are well known for making referrals, which could garner new clients.

Business associates deserve the same type of attention as the client when it comes to promotional gifts. Like other executives, gifts for business associates should be a little more upscale, what are commonly known as executive gifts.

As the name implies, executive gifts tend to be nicer than a standard promotional giveaway or item that is intended to be widely distributed. Executive gifts can range from a top of the line engraved Montblanc or Cross pen and pencil set to an embossed leather briefcase or laptop bag to some high tech gadget that is relatable to the business associate’s industry.

Personalized gifts are also a nice touch. Many executives love to golf, so giving a nice set of golf balls with your company logo printed on them might be a good idea. Golf umbrellas are also appreciated by golfers and non-sports people alike. No matter what you choose, try to keep the item memorable and something that will be used for a long time to come.

If you’re working within tight budgetary constraints, never fear. There are many nice executive gifts to be had at a reasonable price.

While selecting business promotional gift, organizations should keep in mind their customer's needs and should select gifts that he can use every day. Simple products like mugs, pens or caps are some of the gift items chosen by companies to promote themselves.

This is a good subject to talk about. Sometimes I fav stuff like this on Redit. This article probably won’t do well with that crowd. I will be sure to submit something else though.

I totally agree, these gifts are great for both client and worker. We often give away mousepads, pens and coffee mugs.
