Customer loyalty to your brand

There is a lot of information out there regarding branding and the importance of it to you as an individual and your company as a whole. Yet for those unfamiliar with the subject it can seem a little daunting. Basically, a brand is an image that people will recognize and with that brand will come the mental and emotional response of doing business with you. For example, if you are in a store and are looking for toothpaste you may walk to the toothpaste aisle, pick up a tube of Crest and keep walking. You may not even read the labels. Why? Because the Crest logo caught your eye and your mind tells you that you like the product, it keeps your breath fresh and your last dental check up was a good one. All of that can come from a logo, name or brand.

Customer loyalty to a brand simply means that your customers will recognize your brand, keep you in mind and hopefully, continue to use your products and services. This is one reason companies spend millions of dollars each year on adverts and other media campaigns. In this case, however, brand loyalty can be created without spending millions and in the long run may be more effective. By putting your brand on a useful and attractive promotional product, you are effectively putting yourself in front of your customers every day. What better reminder could there be? And it may make your phone ring just a little more often.
